In his second address before the UN General Assembly (UNGA), President Ahmad al-Sharaa declared Syria emerged from years of conflict and was entering a new era of recovery, stability and cooperation. Reflecting on his previous speech, Sharaa recalled representing his people and country before the Assembly for the first time in almost 60 years.
