Including Kobani, Aleppo Governorate Launches Development and Service Projects Under “Syria Without Camps” Vision Welat TV – Erbil Aleppo Governorate has announced the launch of the first package of development and service projects across the governorate as part of implementing Decree No. 59, which includes the “Syria Without Camps” vision.
