The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) documented the deaths of at least 176 people during the third quarter of 2026, including 15 children and 10 women, according to a report released Oct. 1. The report recorded the death of one person due to torture, two massacres and the deaths of one medical worker and one Civil Defense worker. The tally covers July 2026 through September 2026 representing cases SNHR said it was able to document and verify under its methodology.
