Syrian Foreign Ministry Launches Digital “Criminal Record Clearance” Service for Syrians Abroad at 13 Missions Welat TV – Erbil The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, in coordination with the Criminal Investigation Department at the Ministry of Interior, has launched a service for Syrians living abroad to obtain a criminal record clearance certificate (“No Conviction”) through Syrian diplomatic and consular missions.
